The 28+ Granite State IronPigs claimed the GSBL28 championship with a series sweep over the Lincoln A's, the defending champion. The 'Pigs were in their first season in the GSBL28 division. 

The IronPigs returned to the GSBL after a 3 year hiatus. Their inaugural season was played in 38+ division.

Meanwhile, the 38+ IronPigs fell short in their bid of the NHBL38 title. The were swept by the Bedford Bisons, which included a 1-0 pitcher's duel in Game #2. The game ended with a game-winning single with 2 outs in the bototm of the ninth inning. 

It was a successful season for the 38+ 'Pigs, who were a combined 5-39-1 in their first 3 seasons.

Alot of positive momentum has occurred under the two seasons under new leadership and a revamped roster.
