Tournament Dates: March 8-9

We are leaving from NTHS on Thursday March 7th after school and traveling to Hawthorne that night. We will be returning likely around 9pm on Saturday March 10th. The return time will likely vary depending on game time and road conditions should there be a storm on the way back.

Location: Mineral County High School in Hawthorne, NV

Hotel: El Capitan Casino in Hawthorne, NV

The team is covering the cost of the hotels for this tournament. Players are not responsible for this expense, as it is covered through the Aces Vouchers Fundraiser. Four players will be to a room. If parents are traveling to the tournament, players are permitted to room with their parents should they choose. If this is the case, please let me know ASAP so that we can adjust the room reservations for the team.

Food:

The team will not be providing food for players for this trip. Players should bring enough money for multiple meals. There are several restaurants within a short distance from the hotel. We will make a stop at the local grocery store when arriving in town. In addition, please bring snacks, or enough money for snacks, for the drive and in between games.

Games:

We will be playing four games in this tournament, two on each Friday and Saturday. If you are unable to make the trip, you can follow the games live through the Game Changer link on our homepage. There is also a player and coach homerun derby on Friday night. We are allowed (3) participants in the player's homerun derby. These participants have yet to be determined.
