At some point today, please get your at home exercies completed. These should be done to better yourselves, and prep for the season ahead. These are just suggestions, so if you feel like getting more work in, then have at it!

 

See everyone tomorrow at practice. Reminder, Parent Meeting after practice on Thursday.

 

Planks - 3 sets, 1 minute each.

Finger Fire - 3 sets, 25 each

Cherry Pickers - 3 sets, 50 each

Arm Circles - Same warmup as practice, find something around the house to use as the weight.

Wall Sits - 3 sets, 1 minute each

Seated Russian Twists - 5 sets, 20 reps (each side counts as 1), Google this if you do not know what it is.

 

Pitchers Additional Work

 

Stage 1 Medicine Ball work (find something similar to use instead of medicine ball if you do not have one)

-5 sets, 10 each

 

Stage 2

-5 sets, 5 each

 

Drive Leg Jumps (Single Leg)

- 5 sets, 5 jumps each

 

After all said and done, get some extra cool down stretching in.
