North Tahoe Lakers Varsity fell behind early and couldn't come back in an 11-1 loss to White Pine on Tuesday. White Pine scored on a walk by Zac Chamberlain, a groundout by Caleb Britton, and a groundout by Hunner Doty in the first inning.

The North Tahoe Lakers Varsity struggled to contain the high-powered offense of White Pine, giving up 11 runs.

White Pine got on the board in the first inning when Chamberlain drew a walk, scoring one run.

Britton was credited with the victory for White Pine. He allowed three hits and one run over six innings, striking out nine.

Nathan Whisler took the loss for North Tahoe Lakers Varsity. He lasted two innings, allowing two hits and five runs while striking out one.

North Tahoe Lakers Varsity tallied one home run on the day. Koby Mattson had a homer in the second inning.

Luke Giacobazzi went 2-for-2 at the plate to lead North Tahoe Lakers Varsity in hits.

White Pine totaled ten hits in the game. Doty, Chamberlain, Richard Sandoval, and Jayden Brewer each managed multiple hits for White Pine. White Pine didn't commit a single error in the field. Brewer had nine chances in the field, the most on the team. Sandoval led White Pine with three stolen bases, as they ran wild on the base paths with seven stolen bases.
