The Joliet Dirtbags will have a new leader starting in the 2020 season, as Kevin Campbell steps into a "GM" role, long time Dirtbag Bailey Schultz will take over as the Head Coach. Schultz spent five years on the Dirtbags roster, since his high school senior year summer till the end of his college playing days. There is not much worry with this transition as you can probably guess Schultz has a solid understanding how things work and the expectations. 

Schultz will also be bringing in his own coaching staff as well. Mark Kane, Same Couch and Brennan Polcyn all stepped away with Campbell. Schultz first task was to put together a coaching staff, who better than two guys he spent his time with on the Dirtbags. Joe Mcguire will join the staff, he will work closely with the hitters and Jared Jones will be the new pitching coach for the 2020 season. 

The CSBL is welcoming the three new coaches this season, as they are very excited to have three new young coaches that have played in the league for multiple years.
