OP Starz registration is open - you can access the link by clicking on OP STARZ above.
Note: when registering ensure you completely exit the OP Lax website (see note at top of your website browser)
Practice days and times are available on the website along with game days (game locations and times are still TBD)
You MUST have a current physical on file at OPHS (after 1 June 2012) to participate in practice. You must also bring a blue emergency contact card to the first practice. The main office is the place to drop off physical forms (available on OPHS Athletics website) and pick up blue cards. The blue cards must be filled out completely (NO Blanks).
No registration, no physical, no blue card - NO PRACTICE - NO EXCEPTIONS
ALL Seniors and Juniors register for ELITE team.
ALL Sophomores and Freshman register for HS team.
