Chattanooga Baseball Club Beats Chattanooga Heat By Nine Runs

Chattanooga Baseball Club asserted their will over Chattanooga Heat on their way to an easy 12-3 victory

In the second inning, Chattanooga Baseball Club got their offense started when TYLER BAKER singled on a 3-2 count, scoring one run.

Chattanooga Baseball Club scored four runs in the sixth inning.  Chattanooga Baseball Clubput the pressure on, lead by singles by BAKER and JUSTUS CLEVERLEY and a groundout by CHRISTOPHER KIRKHAM.

JOSH MARSHALL earned the victory on the mound for Chattanooga Baseball Club. The pitcher surrendered two runs on four hits over four innings, striking out three.  JUSTIN CARTER, RYAN KEEFE, and TANNER HILL all put in work in relief out of the bullpen, steering their team towards the victory.  KEEFE recorded the last three outs to earn the save for Chattanooga Baseball Club.

Peyton Green took the loss for Chattanooga Heat. The pitcher lasted six innings, allowing 13 hits and ten runs while striking out six.

Chattanooga Baseball Club smacked one home run on the day. KEEFE had a long ball in the fourth inning.

Chattanooga Heat didn't commit a single error in the field. Ivan Rosario had seven chances in the field, the most on the team.
