The Eagles continue to struggle against quality competition.  They fell to the Newbury Park Panthers 12-8 in the last home game of the season.  Two penalties in the first 4 minutes allowed NP to jump out to a 5-0 lead.  OP battled back to cut the lead to 3 several times but never got any closer and fell to 7-7 on the season.  The Eagles travel to Malibu on Tuesday to take on a depleted Sharks squad and finish the regular season up on Saturday at Oaks Christian with the completion of the last 14 minutes of the power outage game.
