Oak Park Alum, Grant Consoletti '12, and the UMass Minutemen are ranked #21 in the US Lacrosse Faceoff Yearbook pre-season poll.    The article states, "Grant Consoletti is 6'2", runs well, has a good feel for the game and can both dodge and feed."  The Minutemen return all 3 attackmen, including CAA Rookie of the Year, Nick Mariano and Senior Grant Whiteway.  UMass started strong in 2014 with wins over Army, Ohio State, Penn State, Harvard and Brown but struggled down the stretch in CAA play, losing their last 4 league games.  The 2015 schedule includes North Carolina, Harvard, Penn State, Army, Albany and Brown in addition to CAA opponents: Drexel, Towson, Hofstra, Fairfield and Delaware.
