Birmingham Thunderbolts 05 is a premier fast-pitch travel softball team based out of Birmingham, Alabama.  

Our team is made up of highly competitive athletes from across the southeast with a 2005 birth year date.  Our players are motivated, team-oriented young ladies who compete at the highest level of PGF softball.  These young ladies work very hard as a team, as well as on their own to help reach team goals. Our families are equally dedicated to player development and make tremendous sacrifices out of love and dedication to their daughters and the sport of softball.  

Our training facilities include an indoor hitting/pitching facility, a strength and conditioning center, one crushed brick & natural grass field and two 100% turf fields.  The turf fields feature the same artificial turf used by Major League Baseball.  Our players are very blessed to have the absolute best facilities in the travel softball nation to train and improve their game.
