GCT Softball
GCT Softball is a fast rising sport with great tradition and high expectations. Tech Softball has a Senior High Varsity and Junior Varsity teams comprised of over 20 young ladies from the 9th to 12th grades. We strive to make successful ladies on and off the field as they come through the program.
The program, which began in the mid 1990’s, has seen sustained success with over six state tournament appearances including two semi-finals. Eagle Softball has seen many of its athletes go on to play at the next level. The Lady Eagles play their home games at the Greene County Community Center located just one mile from GCT High School on Hwy 49.
Tech Softball’s coaching staff is made of diverse personnel whose main objective is turning individual young ladies into a cohesive goal sharing organization. The team is led by Head Coach Tony Boyd and Assistant Coaches Stan Hunt and Jonatha Brasher.
