Hamden Hall's ice hockey program was established in 1976 and has produced some powerhouse teams over the decades. We are a member of the New England Prep School Athletic Council (NEPSAC) and compete in the Fairchester Athletic Association.

The Hamden Hall coaching staff brings years of college and professional playing experience to the program, and is committed to the Hamden Hall tradition of excellence. Hamden Hall attracts top student-athletes who excel at academics and athletics and also contribute to the greater community.

We enjoy a reputation as one of the most competitive and successful small prep schools in New England, having won a significant number of league titles as well as multiple New England championships.  Each year about 10 percent of our senior class goes on to play at the Division I, II, and III levels, and we have several outstanding professional athletes among our prestigious alumni.
