Impact Gold is a nationally Recognized organization representing teams from 10U through 18U across the nation including states like: Texas, Colorado, Arizona, Tennessee, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Georgia, Alabama, Arkansas, Iowa, Louisiana and South Carolina. Impact has a strong tradition of preparing student athletes which includes countless D1 college commits, USA National team members and all americans.

Our players will learn the difference between playing vs competing. We focus on physical fundamentals as well as developing our players softball IQ. Our core philosphy is to build complete players that understand work ethic, teamwork, culture, character and resilency  We want to prepare them for the next level and provide them with the tools and the foundation to be successful. 

We want to help develop the intangebles in our players field presence, box plans, and overall approach to the game that will help set them apart and drive for success on and off the field!
