Welcome to Krush 14u March.

 

Our goal is to teach our players not only the skills they will need to play competitive softball but also throughout their lives. We feel that through teamwork, confidence, respect, sportsmanship and an open mind they will learn to overcome most obstacles both on the field and off. We try to encourage our players to think for themselves and to speak up if they have an idea or concern. We ask that they respect our team, their teammates, coaches, opponents and umpires. We expect them to be humble when they win and hold their head up when they lose, learn from their mistakes and commit 100% whenever we are together.

 

We do have a few advantages over other teams:

 

Our own indoor practice facility with 2 batting cages and large pitching and fielding area

On staff pitching coach with 20 years experience

None of the coaching staff have children on the team

More years experience than I care to think about

Maybe above all else a true love for the game and a sense of humor because in the end these are still very young people playing a game.
