About the Lane 4 Track Club

Lane 4 Track Club was founded in 2016 on the principles of educating athletes 9 - 18 years old on the science of the sport of track and field.  The program is designed to enhance the current innate talents of athletes and promote success towards elite status, by conditioning athletes through the four phases (cycles) of conditioning. The club stresses the importance of academics in preparation for scholarship eligibility. The coaches are United States of America Track & Field (USATF) level one and level two certified and continue to further their education with continued training and certifications.  The track club is a member of the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) and USATF organizations. We train year-round and we travel domestically across the USA to attend meets that provide the greatest exposure and experience for our athletes.

Annual registration occurs in September / October. Indoor season meets occur late December through February.

Outdoor season meets occur March through early July.

Training begins in September / October and ends the end of June (July for outdoor national qualifiers)
