The Palmetto Havoc is a minor Pro developmental footbal team located in eastern South Carolina. The Havoc was founder & owned by, Jesse "Roc" Frierson. Roc has had a long running career playing college and semi-pro football, which inspired him to create his own team. He has played with the North Greenville Mounties 1995-1996, and several semi professional teams including the Conway Bulldogs, Georgetown Chiefs, and the Carolina Predators which he is also co-owner. The Palmetto Havoc is dedicated to giving back to the community in a real and positive manner through community service, mentoring and being positive role models. The Havoc is a new and improved team, with superior skills, great team players. They have the leadership, the drive, the motivation, and the strength to be the best!
