Arkansas Sticks-Webb is a 12u USSSA Major youth baseball team that became apart of the Arkansas Sticks Baseball Program in the Fall of 2020.  The Sticks Organization will produce an environment that promotes confidence and knowledge while creating a team that players, coaches, parents and our entire Sticks family will be proud of. The Arkansas Sticks 12U team will be formed with players who exemplify heart, talent, and examples of hard work who are willing to promote sportsmanship and self-discipline. Through the game of baseball the Coaching Staff will provide both a developmental and competitive environment which promotes player self-confidence as well as preparation for the next level of competition. In addition, our goals are to develop life-long friends both on and off the playing field. Our teamwork and dedication, coupled with the support of parents and sponsors, will be a collective vision for excellence.
