The Hockey Outlet Rules

1) The Hockey Outlet League is an adult RECREATIONAL league. Overly aggressive play will not be tolerated.

2) Team rosters must be completed and handed in to the league administrator by the third game.

3) All players must wear a full set of CSA approved hockey gear. (including shoulder pads) Helmets must be worn at all times while on the ice including warm up. All players must wear the same colour jersey's.

4) NO BODY CHECKING is permitted. Players must make every effort to avoid contact with an opponent. Any player who receives three penalties in a game will be ejected from the game. No fighting is allowed. First fight results in a 3 game suspension and a $50 fine. Second fight is a 5 games suspension and a a$100 fine. All fines must be paid by the player before he can play again.n Any fight outside the rink or in the parking lot may result in a life time ban.

5) Games will consist of 3 running time peroids. (15minutes , 15minutes, 15-20minutes) Stoptime is only during the final two minutes of the game if the score is within 2 goals. No team time outs are permitted. No over-time or shootouts, except during the playoffs.
