ABOUT THE TEAM:

Celebrating our fifth completed season, the West Knox Lady Warriors Lacrosse team has been the only girls lacrosse club program for Knoxville, Tennessee. We provided a home for any high school girl who did not have a school based team. We are a part of the Tennessee Girls Lacrosse Association (TGLA) and US Lacrosse.

In compliance with TGLA Rules Changes beginning this year, we will no longer operate as an "at large" program. For the 2020-2021 season and beyond, we will be re-structuring our organizaiton to operate as a "club" program under the Bearden High School umbrella. We will function as a "co-op" program and roster players from Bearden High School and West High School.

We take pride in providing a fun, safe, and competitive program for yound ladies to learn team dynamics and develop their skills in the game of lacrosse.

August 2020 Update:

As Covid-19 continues to present challenges for local school districts, WKLW remains committed to the health and safety of our players, their families, and our coaching staff.

We will continue to monitor the situation as it progresses this fall. Our plan is to host an abbreviated fall ball schedule, if it becomes possible to safely do so.

Fall ball practices and scrimmages will not start any earlier than October 2020. Stay tuned to our website for updates.
