HC Phillies and manager Matt Longfellow picked up their first franchise and career coaching victory with the Phillies 8-5 victory over the Indy Rangers today at Bishop Chatard HS.  Eric Teall provided a solid start with 6.0 shutout innings while striking out 13 Rangers in Teall's first career IBL 28+ & HC Phillies victory.  The Rangers did attempt a come back but Zach Taylor and the Phillies defense were able to hold off the Rangers in the end!

Kory Vanderford has officially signed with the HC Phillies for the 2014 baseball season!  Kory hails from Greenfield, IN. where he played high school baseball at Greenfield Central H.S.  After high school, Kory went on to play college baseball at Grace College in Warsaw, IN.  Kory will look to spend most of his playing time behind the plate and at 3B for the Phillies in 2014!

Zach Taylor has officially signed with the HC Phillies for the 2014 IABL 28 baseball season.  Zach hails from Fort Wayne, IN. and played high school baseball at Carroll High School in Fort Wayne.  Zach then advanced to play college baseball and to pitch for the University of Evansville Purple Aces.  Zach will look to join the pitching rotation for the Phillies throughout the 2014 baseball season! 

Roger Feuquay officially signs with the HC Phillies for the 2014 baseball season!  Roger hails from right here in Indianapolis and played high school baseball at Ben Davis High School here in Indianapolis as well.  After high school Roger advanced to play college baseball at Johnson College in Johnson City, TN.  Roger will look to spend most of his time behind the plate this season for the Phillies!

Ben Stenger has officially signed with the HC Phillies for the 2014 baseball season!  Ben hails from Brookville, IN. where he attended and played baseball at Franklin County H.S.  Ben then went on to play college baseball at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology where he assisted Rose-Hulman to 2 Conference Championships and to 3 NCAA Division III National Tournament appearances!  Ben has recently spent the past 6 seasons as a member of the IABL Arrows of the 18+ League where Ben has been a part of multiple 18+ IABL Champioship teams!  Ben will look to be a Utility player and Pitcher for the Phillies in 2014!

Chris Cole has officially signed with the HC Phillies for the 2014 baseball season!  Chris hails from New Palestine, IN. where he played high school baseball at New Palestine HS.  Chris played college baseball at Manchester College in Manchester, IN. and will look to play OF and P for the Phillies in 2014!

Kyle Hutton has officially signed with the HC Phillies for the 2014 baseball season!  Kyle hails from the City of Muncie, IN. and played HS baseball at Muncie Central HS in Muncie, IN.  Kyle has recently played in the Chicago Adult Baseball League and will look to play OF and 1B for the Phillies in 2014!

Matt Simanski has officially signed with the HC Phillies for the 2014 baseball season!  Matt hails from the town of Plymouth, IN. and played HS baseball at Plymouth HS in Plymouth, IN.  Matt will look to play RF, 2B, and RP for the Phillies in 2014!
