Suspension September 30, 2008
As a result of the altercation at the game played Tuesday September 30th between the Chickenhawks and the Chiefs the following suspension has been issued.
#69 John Gaudry of the Chiefs 1 game misconduct for fighting. 1 game suspension for fighting in the last 10 minutes of a game, and a 5 game suspension for continuing to fight an unwilling player. For a total of 6 additional games.
This suspension is to commence immediately.
The suspended player is also suspended from the shift league until all suspended games have been served in the Fort McMurray Gentleman's Hockey League.
Appeals shall be addressed to Trevor Boe "B" Division Vice President if Trevor is not available to respond then address appeals to Curtis O'Brien "A" Divison Vice President. I will be away until October 9th and unavailable for comment.
