Our next meet will be on Saturday, May 28th up in Durham. This is not a required meet but it is one that Parks & Rec is covering the cost for. Those available to participate must sign up for events by the end of next Friday's practice (May 20th). This is to allow time for the entry fee to be sent in.

Coach Roy has a plan for less confusion and (hopefully) better result posting for this meet; we know there was mixups & confusion last weekend.

It was a great day for Track and Field and first time exposure for many of our athletes. I was extremely proud of the effort by the athletes, the direction of the coaches and the spirit of our parents and supporters. Now that we know what to expect, we can prepare for next weekend.

- please have your athlete at the field by 8 AM
- plan to be there until 5 PM (or so); or at least until your athlete completes his/her last event
- no one will be allowed on the field except Coaches and Athletes
- each athlete will be allowed to compete in no more than three events
