JV Game starts at 4 pm at PHS Turf Field & Varsity Game starts at 5:30 PM at the PHS Turf Field - Here is what we sent out in an email.

Please note today and how we handle the field situation at PHS. It is imperative that we work together to make the field transition painless and professional.

Track Practice (Boys and Girls):  3:00 PM - 5:00 PM (No infield for track after 3:30) - all hurdles and athletes will be off of the field.

• JV players arrive as scheduled (3:00 pm) we will run & stretch on the football practice field adjacent to the turf field. The coaches will set up the referees tables and place corner flags on the field. 
• Players will help move shelters and team benches into place for the game.
• Volunteers working the game use the original schedule - this should not interfere with anything going on at the field. 
• JV Soccer will start warm ups (with soccer balls on the turf field) at 3:30 pm as the track squad will have left the field.
• There will not be any warm up music for the JV match.

Girls Varsity Soccer will follow JV as normal and warm up music may be used at this time. 

LAX will warm up on Practice Football Field or Field Event Area until Soccer game is over. Team rooms will be used by Soccer until the end of the Varsity match. As soon as our game is over, LAX will be taking the field so we need to gather our stuff and move off of the field quickly. Any wrap ups will be conducted in the team room so that the LAX team can use the field.

Now that practice shirts are in and all players have them, Captains will determine which color is to be worn on what night of practice.

All players are expected to wear either the black practice shirt or the red practice shirt on their assigned night. If we expect to be a team then we must dress and practice as a team.
