The sunny city of Yakima, WA is proud to offer The Sports Forum (TSF) Baseball Tournaments. We pride ourselves in running smooth, organized events that offer a team EXPERIENCE...rather than just a game!

The Sports Forum reserves the right to remove ANY individual at its own discretion! We reserve the right to deny service to any team/individual at any time for inappropriate behavior, safety, and to maintain timely organization of the event.
TSF Baseball Refund/Rain Policy
1. Any paid FULL/CLOSED age division within a tournament a team withdraws from, will not be issued a credit or refund (funds are forfeited once FULL/CLOSED).
2. Any paid tournament (not yet full) a team withdraws from 14 days or more prior to that tournaments start date will have the option of transferring funds to another TSF tournament or a full refund. Any tournament withdrawn from less than 14 days prior to its start date will not be issued a refund or credit (funds are forfeited).
3. Any team that encounters a rain delay/rain out in which a Game Gaurentee game "is not started" will receive a $75 credit for each said game lost. Any game that "is started" is considered to be a full game for refund purposes. All accumulated team credits will be applied to any TSF tournament of that same year/season. Credits not used within the season earned will be forfieted. *Fees not refunded will be used for administrative costs such as facility rental, umpire costs, insurance expenses, etc.
4. NO SHOWS: No shows will result in a forfeit of the no-show team. Opponent will win 7-0. There will be no refunds for games lost due to no-show teams (for opponent or no-show team).
* Teams that no-show will result in a TSF ban of further tournaments. This is not fair to your opponent.
5. Cancelled Tournaments: Tournaments/Age Divisions cancelled by TSF due to low entry, etc. will be 100% refunded to teams. Tournaments/Age Divisions cancelled out-of-the-control of TSF (ex: weather/facility issues/natural disasters/etc.) will be issued 100% refund (-) minus a $50 admin fee. *This fee is used toward already purchased items for the event in question: insurance costs, hotel costs, admin fees, travel fees, already purchased printed awards, etc.

Dishonored Checks
In the event that a tournament entry fee check is returned unpaid from the payer’s bank for any reason, the writer of the check will have five (5) business days to re-submit payment in FULL, plus all bank fees incurred by The Sports Forum due to the dishonored check. The only forms of payment accepted will be credit card, money order, cashiers check, or cash. If after five (5) business days of written/emailed notice the debt is not yet paid in full, further collection will proceed through our local collection agency. We will exercise all available legal means, civil and/or criminal to collect the debt owed.
The Sports Forum's Abuse & Molestation Policy
The Sports Forum provides rules for tournament play. We do not organize teams, select or approve coaches, players or volunteers for these teams. TSF strongly recommends that all parents of youth participants thoroughly check into the background and character of all those (coaches, volunteers, and others) having contact with any minor participant or volunteer on their team.
Abuse & Molestation Reporting & Response Policy
The Sports Forum does not in any way allow or tolerate the abuse of children. If you know or suspect any child abuse (including sexual abuse or molestation) you must report it immediately. The safety of the children is our first priority. Knowing of instances of abuse and not reporting them may be grounds for dismissal and may result in legal liability. Any allegations of abuse reported to us, will be immediately reported to the proper authorities. TSF reserves the right to immediately suspend the accused party from participation in any Sports Forum tournaments pending the outcome of the investigation.
