Philosophy:
ALL players, regardless of experience and skill level will be nurtured and developed to grow as quality young men, teammates and football players. This team will work hard to prepare to compete at the highest level every time they take the field. While winning is nice, it is not the end-all goal. However, we will compete to win.
Above all... we want these young men to have fun, develop lifelong friendships, push themselves beyond their perceived limits, and be a part of something special.
If the player and the family commit whole-heartedly to the philosophy and the direction of the coaching staff, your player will have an experience that will surpass their expectations.
Playing Time & Positions:
The registration fee grants each player at least 8 minimum plays and a really cool jersey that they keep forever! Beyond that, the effort, attitude and development of each player will determine their playing time and position. EVERY PLAYER will be given opportunities to compete to play every position. However, the coaching staff will determine what positions the player plays that gives them the best opportunity to succeed, help the "team" and have fun.
NOTE: Not every player is NOT a quarterback, running back, linebacker or center. Please trust this quality coaching staff to evaluate, assign and coach your child.
