SUPPORTING CALABASAS COYOTE FOOTBALL

2019 FAMILY PLEDGE CHECKLIST

It takes a community to build and support our children at Calabasas Football.  Raising more than $200,000 and literally, thousands of volunteer hours are needed for success.  Without this time and money, our children will not have the resources they need to be safe and successful.  Calabasas Football receives very minimal financial support from the school district.  In order to make our program work, we need a commitment from ALL families to help with BOTH donations (and sales) as well as volunteering.

 

We are asking every family to contribute and pledge their support.  Here is what we respectfully ask each family.  Our goal is to have ALL families participate in ALL these activities.

 

PLEASE CHECK ALL YOUR FAMILY WILL COMMIT TO for Donations:

  • DIRECT DONATION: Give $1,300 to Direct Donation per player for the year (can be donated at one time, monthly or Quarterly beginning January 1, 2019) (all extended plans must have post-dated checks or credit card on file)
  • BANNER SALES: Sell 3 banners per player to a local business or supporter to hang in Calabasas Stadium for $500 each. Deadline for banner sales is June 30th.
  • CORPORATE MATCH: Report your monetary donation to the CHS Football Booster Club to your employer to see if they match donations for non-profit organizations.

PLEASE CHECK ALL YOUR FAMILY WILL COMMIT TO for Volunteering:

  • IN SEASON VOLUNTEER HOURS: Commit to 20 volunteer hours throughout the football season (an example of volunteer needs: snack shack staffing, parking staffing, barbecue, merchandise selling, pre-game set up, Homecoming, Senior Parent night, setting up pre-game meals for the boys, etc.)
  • OFF SEASON FUNDRAISING: Commit to supporting 1 major fundraising activity through committee participation and volunteer hours during the offseason (may include The Gala event,  Poker Night,  Summer movie night)
  • I CHOOSE NOT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY VOLUNTEERING FOR AN OPT OUT DONATION OF $500

NEW 2018 RECOGNITION: COYOTE PACK

Calabasas High School Booster Club will be tracking the below activities so we can celebrate the families who participate.  For the first time in the 2019 Season, families can earn rewards for their participation:

 

White Level Supporter: Will receive a car decal that shows your Coyote Pride.

  • Any Direct Donation of $500 or more.

Black Level Supporter: Will receive a car decal, special Edition hat and T-Shirt to show your “Pack pride”.  Completed Activities (and a $1,300 donation per player):

  • 130 Discount Card Sales complete or 3 banners sold @$500
  • 20 Volunteer Hours
  • Off-Season support of Fundraising

Gold Level Supporter: Will receive a car decal, VIP Upper lot Parking for home games, a Special Edition hat and t-shirt that shows your “Pack pride”.  Completed activities (and a $1,500 per player donation):

  • 150 Discount Card Sales complete or 4 banners sold @$500
  • 15 Volunteer Hours
  • Off-Season support of Fundraising
  • Be the “Chair of a committee”: Discount cards, Gala night, Spring Fundraiser, Banquet, Snack-bar

Pride of the Pack Club: Will receive a car decal, VIP Parking and a Special Edition hoodie, free admission and free food from the Snack bar during home games.  This level of support will be invited to all our VIP Tent activities at different home games throughout the season (Homecoming, Sponsor appreciation, Parent’s night, Playoffs etc.) All completed activities* (or a $3000 donation):

  • 150 Discount Card Sales complete or 5 banners sold @$500
  • 10 Volunteer hours
  • Off-Season support of Fundraising
  • Direct Donation received in the amount of $3000

 

*Important to note that no player will be turned away due to their family’s not participating monetarily.

 

** Transportation FEE per player for 2019 season is $200. This is mandatory and inclusive of donation

 

 

 

Donations may be paid online or in person at Registration Dates. Paperwork needs to be signed at Registration Dates.
