#66 Jules Samuel (Captain)

 

 

Jules is the son of Jim and Heidi Samuel and younger brother of Meg. At the age of 19 months, Jules began skating on a pair of Fisher-Price roller blades and never looked back. Jules played for EYHA, the Columbus Capitals, the Ohio AAA Blue Jackets and the Columbus Chill in addition to proudly representing St. Charles for four years on the ice and serving as Captain this year.

 

Next year, Jules will be pursuing studies in energy, land management and business.

 

Jules thanks his family and his many coaches for their support. He is grateful for the deeply bonded friendships formed over the years at St. Charles. Jules will miss the ice, the locker room and his teammates — most of all, he will miss years of weekend hockey tournaments and the hours on the road with his dad.

 

 

#28 Conor Kelley (Alternate Captain)

 

Conor is the son of Sean and Leanne Kelly. He is also the younger brother of sisters Kaelin and Katherine.  He fell in love with hockey when his dad would take him to Blue Jackets games.  He started playing hockey in 5th grade and has loved every minute of it.  In addition to hockey, he loves volunteering for special hockey, fishing, golfing, starting his own business, and hanging out with his friends. 

 

Conor is not sure where he is going for college yet but is interested in University of Dayton. He is undecided on his major but is leaning towards double majoring in dentistry and business.  He would like to thank his mom and dad for supporting his many interests and dreams including going to and playing for St.Charles.

 

He would like to thank his family for always cheering for him on and off the ice. He is appreciative of his coaches for their guidance and support, Doc Krimmel for his hand me down hockey gear when he first started playing, and trainer Dave especially freshman year.  Lastly, he would like to thank his teammates for 4 years of encouragement and memories that will last a lifetime.

 

 

#11 Patrick Moore (Alternate Captain)

 

 

 

Patrick is the son of Sean and Eimile Moore. He attended Immaculate Conception grade school in Clintonville. He has a sister named Megan, brother-in-law Bryan, and niece Declan. Patrick’s brother Sean is a junior, and #21 on our hockey team. Patrick started playing hockey at EYHA when he was 4 years old. Then he went on to play for Columbus Capitals and Columbus Vikings. He also plays lacrosse at St. Charles.


Patrick has been accepted to several colleges and is undecided at this time. He plans on studying business.

 

Patrick would like to thank his family for supporting him, his coaches for pushing him, and his teammates for the endless memories and good times.

#1 Ryan Bowyer


 

Ryan is from Grove City and is the son of Shelley and Scott Bowyer and brother to Meghan and Jack. Ryan's love of hockey began over twelve years ago. He started his hockey career with the EYHA Ice Dragons before moving on to the AA Columbus Capitals. Ryan has also played with the CAHA '67's and Columbus Chill preseason clubs. In addition to St. Charles hockey, Ryan is a member of the St. Charles Lacrosse team. Many of Ryan's favorite high school memories involve the brotherhood created with current and former members of the St. Charles hockey program. 

 

Planning to study business analytics or finance in college, Ryan has narrowed down his choices to Miami University or the University of Kentucky.

Ryan would like to thank his parents for the countless hours of driving to and from practices, traveling around the U.S. and Canada for numerous hockey tournaments, and most of all for their endless support and encouragement.

 

Ryan would like to also thank many of the amazing coaches who have guided him and the teammates he has had the privilege of playing with over the years.

#16 Will Brunner

 

 

William is accompanied by his mom Karin, and two older sisters, Isabelle and Catharine. William has loved playing the game of hockey his whole life and the memories he’s made with his buds. He is an avid Lego builder and enjoys eating the tops off of strawberries. He’s a big fan of the phases of water because in the summer you can find him sailing competitively on lakes and in the winter, cutting up the ice in hockey. He would like to thank Catharine for being his biggest fan at games.

 

He plans to attend Auburn University studying architecture in the fall and continue to play hockey.

 

William would like to thank his family and friends for all the love and support throughout his St. Charles years.  William cherishes his brotherly friendships at St. Charles and the many memories shared together. It has been an honor and a joy to be a player on the St. Charles Prep hockey team, and William is very grateful to his coaches for their guidance and sharing the love of the game with him.

#20 Evan Brame

 

 

Evan is the son of Greg and Heather Brame and brother of Colin, class of 2021.  Evan begged his parents to play hockey for over a year and then, at the of age 8, stepped on the ice, learning to skate and quickly started playing hockey and never looked back! In addition to hockey, he loves to golf, hang out with his friends and watch Ohio State football.

 

After graduation, Evan will be studying Aviation Flight Science at Bowling Green in preparation to become a commercial pilot.

 

Evan would like to thank his family for their support throughout his hockey career. He would also like to thank his teammates and his coaches for four years of fun and great memories at St Charles!

 

 

 

#29 Ike Sherowski

 

 

Ike Sherowski, of Westerville, OH is the son of Connie Sherowski and Steve Sherowski, and older brother to his sister Marley. Ike started playing hockey at age 12 and has grown his love of the game ever since. Ike also plays Lacrosse for St Charles, and enjoys playing golf, fishing, and investing in the stock market in his spare time.

 

Ike will be attending the University of Miami in sunny Miami Florida next Fall and plans to major in Finance and minor in Saltwater Fishing.

 

Ike would like to thank his teammates and coaches for four great years of fun and memories.

 

 

#38 Matt Rico

 

 

Matt is the son of Carlos and Nicole Rico. He was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and moved to Columbus when he was 5 years old. He went to grade school at Teays Valley before going to St Charles. He started playing street hockey in 1st grade and eventually started playing ice hockey with CIHC when he was 10. He also enjoys playing baseball and working on cars.  Matt has 2 sisters, Emma and Elie and 2 brothers, Mark and Evan. He also has a dog named Sparty. 

 

Matt's future plans include going to college somewhere in the south and studying biology or automotive engineering.

 

 

#91 Cameron Warren

 

 

Cameron is the son of Shelley Camboni and brother of Gina Warren. Cameron started playing hockey in 6th grade. He also plays lacrosse and likes to fish and work on his car.

 

Cameron has not picked a college yet, but he plans on studying Aviation and is considering Ohio University, Bowling Green, as well as a few others.

 

Cameron would like to thank his mom for always supporting him in everything he does and his sister Gina for being his biggest fan! He would also like to thank his teammates and coaches for making his time at St. Charles unforgettable.
