GBS HOCKEY AD BOOK SALES PROGRAM

GBS Hockey Families,

A great way to reduce your season fees is through our AD Book Sales.

The AD Book is handed out at the South -vs- North Fundraiser Game on Wed., November 23, 2022.  The game is a sellout and draws over 1,200 spectators to the Centennial Ice Rink in Willmette, IL.  The Ad book will also be distributed at other important games throughout the season.

The sales of ADs for the Titan Hockey Club are used to offset your players’ fees.  Players are reimbursed 50% of the value of any AD they sell.  The remaining 50% is applied toward the cost of producing the AD Book.

There are four (4) components required for an AD to be considered complete and for the player to receive full compensation:

  1. Completed Contract (see website for blank contract)
  2. Artwork from advertiser
  3. Payment from advertiser
  4. Players fees MUST be paid in full

Please email the signed contract, along with artwork (in high resolution 300 dpi, .PDF  format), to Kathy McPherson @ kathymcpherson612@gmail.com

OR

You may also contact him by email to make arrangements to drop off the contract and check.

Please make checks payable to:

Titan Hockey Club, Inc.

PO Box 2162

Glenview, IL 60026.

ADs that were sold last year are “Protected” until 10/21/23. Returning players have first rights to their protected AD sponsors for the following season.

All AD Contracts, Artwork, and associated fees are due NO LATER THAN 10/21/23.

Your portion (50%) of ADs will be reduced from the November 20th payment.  An invoice will be sent out via email with the adjusted payment due.  The payment can be made via check or credit card (subject to processing fee) and your original check for the November payment will be returned to you.
