Registration for the 2020 football season is open!

We are committed to you and your child’s safety during these unprecedented times. We will not play till we get the go a head from the state. With that being said we are going to proceed with registration for the 2020 season. We are going to have a plan if something unforeseen happens. We know you work hard for your money and we want to be fair in how we proceed. Payment is not expected till we do our jersey fitting. That will be the 2nd week of July. The jersey will be custom, with your child’s last name on it, It typically takes 5-6 weeks to get them. SO as a league we have to front the money beforehand and your fees reimburse our funds. For example, if we order your child a jersey, and you decide not to play we are stuck with a jersey with a name on it that we likely can’t use. They are to protect the league and you financially. All of the cancelations must be mandated by the state and/or county.
We are setting these protocols that hopefully we will not have to use.
- If the season is canceled before we play, but before we do our fitting you will get a 100% refund.
- If the season is canceled before we play, but after we do our fitting you will get $60 back. But you will get your jersey when it come in.
- If during the season, are playing and we get shut down due to Covid-19, we will refund a portion if we have played less than 2 games. (We still have to play for our league insurance, officials, equipment, pants, etc, etc, etc) This will be determined by the WCYFL board members.
We hope we do not have to do any of these! But we need to put these in place just in case.
