Touchdown club Football/Cheer Banquet

  You are cordially invited to attend the 2019 Touchdown Club Awards Banquet to be held at the Pines Manor,  2085 NJ-27, Edison, NJ. The

  afternoon will be in celebration of our student athletes' achievements in football and cheerleading on and off the field. 

  Touchdown Club Scholarships will be presented at the banquet.

   If your child is a sophomore, junior or senior, all expenses will be covered for your child, only if their annual family club dues* are paid.  If your    

  child is a freshman, your child’s expenses will be covered only if you worked in the concession stand for one game in addition to the club dues.      

   Please include your child's name, your name and return this form even if he/she does not plan on attending.  The cost per guest is $40.00 and     checks are preferred.  Your payment must include the form below.  This year Venmo is also accepted, @Touchdownclub-ColoniaHS.      

  Please reference your player or cheerleader along with graduation year.

  We have a wonderful afternoon planned, starting with good food, basket raffles, awards, senior gifts and a slide show presentation. 

  We look forward to seeing you at the banquet on December 8, 2019 at 12:00pm.  Return the bottom portion of this form by November 18, 2018.     Space is limited so please send your forms in on time.  Make checks payable to the CHS TOUCHDOWN CLUB and mail your form to:
