I. Call to Order:
Meeting was initiated via email by Michael Heinrich, President
II. Role Call:
Michael Henrich, President submitted an update on LJMS' standing with the State of Illinois.
The following persons were included in the update:

Ill. Agenda
As of 12/13/21, LJMS is now in good standing with the State of Illinois.
Michael Heinrich obtained:
A) A letter from the State of Illinois showing LJMS' prior standing
B) A certificate confirming LJMS' updated status with the State of Illinois
C) A statement of change of the registered agent
The statement of change is submitted to remove any and all old board members associated with
the LJMS club. The form now lists the current President, Vice President, Treasurer and
Secretary as registered agents for the club to the State of Illinois.
Michael Heinrich, President requested a $20.00 check from Sara Tomasevich, Treasurer to pay
for the fees required to update LJMS' status with the State of Illinois.
IV. Meeting adjournment

Virtual Meeting Minutes
December 10, 2021
I. Call to Order:
Meeting was initiated via email by Michael Heinrich, President

Ill. Agenda
As of 12/10/21, LJMS was not in good standing with the State of Illinois.
Mike Heinrich, President is working with Sara Tomasevich, T reasurer to fix this issue.
The President's recommendation is to engage STE Accounting to assist with correcting the
issue.
The board unanimously voted to engage STE Accounting to rectify LJMS' standing with the
State of Illinois and represent LJMS.
VI. Agenda for Next Virtual Meeting
Verify LJMS status with the State of Illinois has been reinstated.

Meeting Minutes
I. Call to Order
Meeting was called to order by Michael Henrich, President at Cooms Corner
1225 E 9th St, Lockport, IL 60441 on November 15, 2021 at 7:30pm
II. Role call
Melissa Wilson, Secretary, conducted roll call. The following persons were present:

Ill. Approval of Minutes from the last Meeting.
Unanimous vote to approve the minutes.
IV. Open Issues
A) Taxes
1) Tim Ibarra is looking into 2020 taxes to determine if they were filed. If not,
who will file them- Lockport Pride or new LJMS board.
2) Matt Farrell will file a new form with the State of Illinois. Tim Ibarra will connect
Michael Henrich with Matt Farrell to provide the new board member information and
review State of Illinois document filings.
3) Potential accounting firm is STE Tax & Accounting in Lockport, IL.
4) Tim Ibarra turned over financial information to Sara Tomasevich.
B) LJMS website changeover from Sports Connect/Blue Sombrero to HTO Sports.
Still in progress. Should be completed by the end of December 2021.
C) Fields
1) We will have access to Dellwood Park, West Side, and Kelvin Grove fields.
Block as needed.
2) Hassert Field is $35/game.
3) For Dellwood fields 1 & 2, LJMS is responsible for spreading the field mix once dropped.
Date TBD.
4) Coaches will be responsible for lining the fields.
D) Conferences- TBD in February.
E) Coaches- Looking for more volunteers at registration time.
F) Insurance. LJMS current insurance policy is still valid. Will continue with the current plan
and look into pricing comparisons as we approach the policy expiration date.
G) Fundraising and sponsorship
1) April Blaesing is working on a letter to send to local businesses to request sponsorship
and/or fundraising.
2) Offer the businesses' logo on LJMS website
3) Sponsor uniforms
4) Coupon book or coupon cards
5) Logo on players' shirts. May not be the most cost-effective option.
H) Camps.
1) Lockport High School has a hold on camps at this time.
2) Michael Heinrich is checking into local grade schools and DPCC next to
Challenge Fitness for potential camp use. TBD.
V. New business
A) Registration for Spring 2022 league opens January 1, 2022.
B) Sara Tomasevich prepared a Treasurer's report for 2021.
C) Articles of Incorporation expire in November.
1) Tim Ibarra will connect Matt Farrell with Michael Heinrich to update the articles.
2) Sara Tomasevich will pay the dues to renew the Articles.
D) Umpires
1) Possible umpire shortage, looking for solutions.
a) High school kids earn volunteer hours.
b) Hire someone through the district.
c) Other options?
E) Social media/advertising updates to families.
1) April Blaesing to send out blasts via Facebook, lnstagram, Twitter.
2) Historically, a hard copy was to schools and in kids' virtual backpack.
3) LED Welcome to Lockport sign-checking if we are able to advertise LJMS on this board.
4) Joliet Patch advertising option.
5) Lockport Park District booklet. Michael Henrich is checking into cost.
