MESSAGE FROM CITY OF BARRIE - SMOKING AT BARRIE SPORTS COMPLEX

 

Good afternoon all SNCSPL Team Reps/Players and Spectators,

This is an email sent from the City of Barrie to all shareholders, reminding everyone that smoking is prohibited 10 meters of sports fields.

Please pass onto everyone and be respectful of others that do not smoke - message below - 

Hello all,

Well after some late April ice we are finally back at it. This email is a friendly reminder that in accordance with the Smoke Free Ontario Act, there is no smoking within 20 meters of sports fields. We do have some new (larger) signage coming to remind our users but could you also remind your leagues of this? Last season we had a Tobacco Inspector at the BCSC and we expect they will be present again this season.

We have had some feedback already about smoking around the pinwheels so please help us out by reminding the players.
