Little Lady Top Cats range from 5-14 years old and are split up in teams depending on the age level. There are NO try-outs for cheerleading, and all children are welcome. We adhere to the same work ethic as football. We practice/cheer in all weather conditions including: extreme heat, rain, or even snow. We hold practices the same days and times as the football players.
Registration for cheer is $225 (competitive) (early registration until April 30th - after April 30th the fee goes up to $250 (competitive). Included with registration you will be provided: a rental uniform (which MUST be returned at the end of the season), briefs, socks, cheer bow, and duffle bag. Additional items/fees associated with cheer are listed below. If you have any questions please feel free to contact your cheer director.

This to purchase (not supplied by the South fork Panthers):
- Cheer Shoes for outdoor practices and game days (to ensure competition shoes are not damaged prior to competition). Inexpensive cheer shoes can be purchased at Wal-mart or Payless.
- Appropriate attire for practice: form fitting tops for competitive squads that stunt and shorts
- Plenty of ponytail holders to secure hair away from face
- No jewelry.
Please keep in mind that all items are to be kept EXCEPT for the uniform. Complete uniform (top, skirt and unifit) is to be turned in at the end of the season
MEET THE COACHES:
Charlene Gainey aka Coach Sue is a 47 year old native of WS who has a passion for working with all people especiallyt youth in her community. Coach Sue is a graduate of WSSU and works in the mental health profression as an Activity Director. Some of her pas and present coaching experince for the last 20 years include but not limited to Auxillary Coordinator for over 5 years with WSSU Band, Head Coach and Board Member for AAU track club, Cheer Director and Head Coach for various Pop Warner and PYFCL youth cheer programs. This upcoming 2019 Fall Season, Coach Sue will he named the Head Coach for South Fork Panthers Division 12 Cheer Squad.
