JEREMY COLEMAN

Owner & CEO

 

Jeremy Coleman is the Team Owner, President, and CEO of The Park City DREAMERS—a purpose-driven sports and leadership organization designed to disrupt limits and create transformational opportunities for youth and communities. Under his leadership, the DREAMERS platform goes beyond athletics, serving as a vehicle for mentorship, character development, exposure, and measurable community impact.

Jeremy built the DREAMERS from vision to movement—establishing a culture rooted in excellence, discipline, governance, and sustainable growth. As President and CEO, he leads organizational strategy, partnerships, fundraising, operations, and brand expansion—ensuring the DREAMERS model scales with integrity and long-term impact.

 

Professionally, Jeremy brings nearly 15 years of experience as an IT Program Manager and team leader, serving as a trusted advisor to Federal customers with a specialization in digital transformation. He has led complex, cross-functional initiatives that modernize systems, optimize performance, and align technology investments with mission outcomes. Known for strategic execution, stakeholder alignment, and results-driven leadership, Jeremy consistently bridges innovation with governance to deliver sustainable, high-impact solutions.

A respected civic leader, Jeremy is a 2026 Cohort Member of Leadership Prince William, Co-Chair of the Prince William County Chamber Men’s Wellness Committee, a Board Member of the Washington, DC Grateful Giving Leadership Council, and Chairman of Fundraising and Philanthropy for the Gainesville–Manassas Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

 

At his core, Jeremy is a builder of systems, a cultivator of leaders, and a firm believer that access changes outcomes. Through the DREAMERS, he is not just coaching teams—he is engineering legacy.

 


LARRY HINTON

General Manager

 

Larry L. Hinton is a seasoned leader, mentor, and public servant whose life’s work has centered on discipline, service, and youth development. With decades of experience across education, federal law enforcement, and athletics, Mr. Hinton has built a legacy rooted in integrity, leadership, and community impact.

Mr. Hinton dedicated numerous years to coaching within Baltimore City Schools, where he shaped the lives of countless student-athletes. His leadership extended far beyond wins and losses—he used sports as a vehicle to instill accountability, resilience, teamwork, and academic excellence. Many of his former players credit him not only for developing their athletic ability, but for helping mold their character and life direction.

 

In addition to his work in education, Mr. Hinton served honorably for many years as a member of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). His federal service reflected his unwavering commitment to justice, discipline, and protecting the communities he cares deeply about. His law enforcement career strengthened his ability to mentor young people from a place of structure, wisdom, and real-world experience.

 

Further demonstrating his dedication to youth athletics, Mr. Hinton has also served for years as a basketball, football, and baseball official in Prince William County. In this role, he continues to influence young athletes—ensuring fairness, teaching sportsmanship, and modeling professionalism on and off the field of play.

 

At the core of Larry L. Hinton’s life is a profound passion for pouring into the next generation. He believes that every young person has untapped greatness within them, and he has devoted his career to helping them discover it. Whether in the classroom, on the field, or through mentorship, Mr. Hinton’s mission has remained consistent: to guide young people toward discipline, confidence, purpose, and the courage to become the best version of themselves.

 

His legacy is not measured solely by titles held, but by lives transformed.

 


MALIQUE JUDD

Vice President, Basketbal Operations

 

Malique Judd serves as the Vice President of Basketball Operations for the Park City DREAMERS, bringing a rare combination of elite basketball experience, disciplined leadership, and federal service expertise to the organization.

 

A Jacksonville, North Carolina native, Judd competed at NC Wesleyan University from 2014–2018, serving as Team Captain from 2016–2018. His tenure as captain reflected his leadership, accountability, and high basketball IQ—qualities that continue to define his executive approach today. Following his collegiate career, he played professionally for one year while simultaneously gaining experience as both a player and coach at the professional level.

 

With five years of basketball coaching experience—including two years at the high school varsity level—Judd has developed a reputation for building disciplined, fundamentally sound programs. His background also includes AAU and competitive circuit coaching, highlighted by championship-level success.

 

Beyond basketball, Judd brings an extraordinary level of structure and strategic insight shaped by his service in Homeland Security. A former law enforcement officer focused on counterterrorism operations, he currently serves as a Visual Information Specialist for Homeland Security. His federal background reinforces his strengths in operations management, risk assessment, organizational leadership, and strategic execution.

 

As VP of Basketball Operations, Judd oversees player development, talent evaluation, program structure, and competitive strategy for the DREAMERS. His leadership reflects the franchise’s commitment to excellence, accountability, and building a culture that prepares athletes for success both on and off the court.

 


BRYAN CARROLL

Head Coach

 

Coach Bryan Carroll brings more than 15 years of coaching experience, leadership, and mentorship to his role as Head Coach of the Park City DREAMERS. A culture builder at heart, Coach Carroll’s journey through Forest Park, SJ/Unity, Annandale, Colonial Forge, and Unity Reed has been defined not simply by wins, but by his commitment to developing disciplined teams and strong young leaders.

 

Carroll is deeply passionate about the process of the game. He believes basketball is mastered through fundamentals, repetition, accountability, and attention to detail. His coaching philosophy centers on teaching the game the right way—from footwork and spacing to decision-making and situational awareness—ensuring players understand not just what to do, but why they do it. For Coach Carroll, success is built daily in practice long before it shows up on the scoreboard.

 

Beyond the court, Carroll serves as a dedicated school counselor, a role that powerfully complements his coaching leadership. As a counselor, he works on the front lines of youth development—guiding students through academic challenges, personal growth, emotional resilience, and future planning. School counselors do more than advise; they advocate, protect, and empower. They are often the steady voice in uncertain moments, helping young people navigate obstacles while reinforcing confidence, accountability, and self-worth.

Coach Carroll brings that same intentional care to the DREAMERS organization. His ability to connect, mentor, and lead with empathy strengthens the culture of the franchise and reinforces its mission to develop athletes into complete individuals—on and off the court.
