Deposit Checks
Every participant must provide a check (or money order) for $300.00 for tackle football and $150.00 for Cheer and Flag football (amount subject to change) as an equipment deposit. Equipment deposit check will be cashed to cover any and all equipment lost, destroyed or not returned.
Additional Equipment
Furnish prescribed shoes, socks, supporter, and such other personal equipment as is necessary for his/her health and safety.
Equipment Turn In
Equipment turn-in will take place at our equipment shed located at: THE HAWK MAIN FIELD SHED on TBD If you follow the instructions below, turn in will only take a few minutes.
Equipment Turn In Instructions
Important: All equipment must be washed before turning in
Game Jersey’s
All Football Players will keep their personalized game jersey.
Helmet
1. Please remove mouth guards (no exceptions)
2. Please remove any face shields or chin strap covers (no exceptions)
3. Please remove any stickers and tape - we can only except a helmet in the condition it was issued.
Game Pants
1.(Tackle) Please make sure all pads are in the game pants.
2.(Flag) Please make sure pads are removed from black game pants
Practice Pants & Jersey
1. Please remove belts from pants
2. Please remove any pads from pants
3. Please put practice pants and practice jersey into the mess bag with the rest of the equipment
Shoulder Pads
1. Please make sure side buckles are buckled at the front (this insures they don’t get tangled up while in storage) - place in the mesh bag
ALL Equipment should be placed in the mesh bag you received at equipment handout. If you have misplaced your mesh bag, you can purchase a new one (24in x 36in) at a Dollar or Discount store.
Uniform Deposit Check
Upon returning ALL equipment, we will verify all equipment issued, has been received, and we will return the deposit check that you wrote when you picked up the equipment in August, in addition to the volunteer check if you fulfilled your volunteer obligations.
