Video Cameras.

No matter the referee’s skill or level, soccer cameras help capture important traceable game-footage about situations and incidents that happen outside the referee’s view while also creating highlight reels that can be used later for determining the outcome of protest, appeals and disciplinary action if needed.

  1. Please be advised that Viktoria Soccer Centre has installed 16 new 8K Video surveillance security cameras in both soccer fields and hallway areas to monitor and record all VMSL games and all other activities in a specific area or location for security, safety or monitoring purposes.
  2. Security cameras capture live footage, which can be viewed in real-time or recorded for later review.
  3. You can request your game to be recorded on a USB stick which you must provide.
  4. Cameras will be used by the VMSL league to review any incident(s) that happened outside the referees view during and after games in order to allow the league to pursue if required any disciplinary action or Suspension against any team, any team player, or official who, in their judgment has violated the laws of the game, the rules, regulations, by-laws or constitution or any type of misconduct which may bring the game or society into disrepute.
  5. Teams can request a copy of any of their game by providing a USB stick to Roland (780-200-5815) or Jurgen (780-807-1807) in the front office so they can up-load it for you.
  6. An aggressive incident that occurred during the game but outside of the referee’s view that left our player severely injured. Video Camera Incident required to be provided the appealing team.
  7. A Red Card issued to a player by the referee that occurred during the game but outside of the referee’s view. Video Camera Incident required to be provided the appealing team.
  8. A Player was ejected from the game where the incident occurred outside the referee’s view. Video Camera Incident required to be provided the appealing team.
