Open Gyms, Tryouts and Season Participation Forms
You must print, complete and turn in the Liabaility Release and Medical Release forms in order to participate in Irish Juniors open gyms and tryouts. You may bring these forms, along with your $50 deposit (made out to Irish Juniors VBC), to your first open gym.
