Note:  Player Fees

1. $350 Player Fee (may be paid $175 due at registration, $175 due by April 23, 2018)

2. $200 Uniform Deposit (will be returned when uniform is turned it)

3. $100 Volunteer Deposit (will be returned at the end of season if 4 volunteer spots have been fulfilled)
