Game Length:

• (2) 20 minute half's with continuous clock.
• 35 second play clock. 5 yard penalty if exceeded
• 5 QB Pass Clock Play is dead and loss of down

Clock Stoppage:

• 2 minute warning each half. 
• Timeouts (3 timeouts per half) 1minute
• Last 2 minutes of the first half for incompletions, out of bounds, change of possession. 
• Last 5 minutes of the second half for incompletions, out of bounds, change of possession. 
• End of first half. 

Scoring:

• 6 points Touchdown 2 feet ,1 knee/elbow inbounds 
• 3 points Feild Goal (After crossing 25yd line)
• 2 point conversion (7 yard line)
• 2 points Safety 
• 1 Point Fied Goal (extra point)

Penalties:

• All Flags = 5 yards
• Pass interference = spot of foul
• Flag Guarding
• ​​​​​​​Stiff arm below the chest area (referee discretion)
• Offsides 

Gameplay:

• Home Team Decides possession Spaces or Laces
• 1 Blitz per 4 downs Blitzing player must yell blitz 
• Running the ball is not allowed. 
• Forward Passes only. 

Uniform:

• Shirts must be tucked into pants/shorts or flag belt. 
• Pants/shorts cannot be the same color as players flags
• Excess flag belt must tucked in.
