PAYMENTS- Registration payments are now due or your player cannot be drafted to a team.  If you are unsure if you have paid for registration, please email [email protected].

UNIFORM SIZING:

You entered your player's uniform size on their registration form.  If you are unsure about what you ordered, you can check in with our uniforms director at evals to double check.

PLEASE NOTE:

    1. ARRIVE NO EARLIER THAN 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR START TIME.

    2.  Having your online forms and Diamond Sports Liability Waiver completed prior to evaluations and your player's birth certificate ready to go will significantly reduce the check-in time.  Your player cannot start evals until these items are complete.

   3.  When you arrive, come to the registration table in the entry of Diamond Sports.  Players will then be directed to their first station by PCR staff. Due to limited space, only players are allowed beyond the registration table.

   4. Players must use their own equipment; bat, helmet, & glove.  A protective cup is also recommended as the players will be tested for fielding and catching.  If your player would like to be evaluated for catching, they must bring their own gear.

  5. Players should wear comfortable, athletic-style clothing or baseball uniform with running shoes.   No molded cleats or no metal spikes allowed on the playing surface of Diamond Sports.

  6.   If you cannot attend your time slot you must contact us to let us know.  If you don't attend evals and we don't hear from you, your player could be dropped from the registration to allow for walk-ins.

  7.  There is parking only in the designated parking lot at Diamond Sports.  There is no parking in the street on any side of the building, you will be towed if you park in the street.  Do not block the front entrance with your vehicle as this is the fire truck zone.
