STEP 2: US Futsal Insurance 

 

Each coach, and player must register with US Futsal Federation. There is a $20 fee for coaches and a & $10 fee for players.

THIS IS AN USFF INSURANCE REQUIREMENT and covers both of session 1 and session 2.
