Please review all sponsorship guidelines. REMEMBER! It is the player/parent responsibility to gain, collect, and submit funds and graphics from your sponsors.
- ALL FUNDS AND GRAPHIC FILES MUST BE SUBMITTED BY TBD AT THE FINAL PARENT MEETING. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
- It is the player/parent responsibility to coordinate with the business sponsor. You must ensure payment is given to Legion Treasurer Tiffany Dixon. Bring to parent meetings or Mail to:

- Sponsorship transactions may also be made digitally through Venmo, using the Venmo ID: cdalumbermenbbc.
- It is the player/parent responsibility to collect graphic files and send to the Fundraising Coordinator. Please include what Sponsorship Level size the graphic is for. It is helpful to have one sponsorship sheet per sponsor that clearly shows the Ad purchased, and fees collected.
- To ensure your graphics meet print requirements download the specs here: Ad Size Specs. Acceptable file types are: .JPG .PNG .PDF .PSD @ 300 dpi.
- If your sponsor indicates to use a previous year graphic, you are responsible for reviewing what was published in the prior year and emailing Fundraising Coordinator that you have reviewed the previous year graphic and approve. View 2019 CDA Press Insert.
BANNER INFORMATION:
In the first year that the banner must be produced $100 of the $500 is used for production. This allows $400 to player fees. In year two and after the player can be sponsored for $400 for continued display of banner.
NOTE - If a player collects more sponsorship funds than are required for their total player fees, a player credit will be held on account for this player to use the next season if needed. Player credits may be applied to the next season's player fees only and are non-transferable between any other players. Player credits will not be accepted towards any player fees for a future season beyond this.
