Beginner Program
Ages 3 - 6
This program is intended for a beginner (never skated before) to an advanced beginner (1 to 2 years experience).
The Beginner Program is intended to teach players the fundamentals of balance, skating, edge control, and hockey skills.
Intermediate Program
Ages 7 - 11
This program is intended for players with three to five years playing experience. The program is intended to teach players balance, power, advanced edge control, and general hockey skills. The program develops a thorough understanding of edges and balance and their relation and importance during game situations.
As players progress, pucks are incorporated into drills to develop players skating skills during game situations.
Drills are conducted with speed and accuracy, with a focus on skating and its importance in all game situations.
Senior/Elite Program
Ages 12 - 18
This program is intended for players from an intermediate to elite level with more than five years playing experience. Emphasis will be placed on generating and increasing power and speed, while improving lateral movement.
Many drills will be conducted with pucks to provide students with an understanding of these skills during specific game situations.
Drills are designed and intended to teach players balance, power, advanced edge control, and general to advanced hockey skills.
Emphasis is placed on teaching players how these skills apply, and their importance during specific game situations.
Dates and Times:
Beginner - 6:00-6:45pm
Intermediate - 6:45-7:30pm
Senior/Elite - 7:30-8:20pm
