Practices:

 

Practice begins Monday, November 11, 2019, at 6:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

 

Mondays at Jefferson City High School Wrestling Room, 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. for 6U and 8U; 7:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. for 10U, 12U, and 14U. 

 

Thursdays at Capital City High School Auxilary Gym, 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. for 6U and 8U; 7:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. for 10U, 12U, and 14U.

 

Wrestler will not be able to practice until all registration documentation has been signed, birth certificate (for new wrestlers) has been received, and all payments have been made (past and current year).

 

 

Please see the Handouts page if you wish to enroll your wrestler this year.  Registration will be accepted throughout the year and can be submitted at practice. 

 

*Practice days and times are subject to change based on enrollment of wrestlers.  The season ends second week in March 2020.
