Ayala Baseball Expectations

• Be respectful to fellow players, coaches, parents and umpires

• Put the interests of the team above your own interest. Everyone should be working toward one goal, a league championship. We will not be able to be successful if we have "I" guys

• Positive attitude on and off the field. The attitude of the members of the Ayala Baseball program reflects the spirit of the program as a whole

• Be responsible for your own equipment. It is not the responsibility of the coaches or other players to take care of equipment left at the field.

• If you are going to miss practice, it is the player's responsibility to notify coaches before practice

• Do not throw equipment
