Roanoke Rails Player Conduct Policy

1. Adhere to the 3 B's of Competition

• Be On Time (To practices, games, park & rides, and paying fees)
• Be Prepared (With all equipment necessary and uniform)
• Be Respectful (To teammates, coaches, fans, umpires, and opponents)

2. COMMUNICATION is the key to everyone staying on the same page! If you have to miss a game or multiple games for any reason, you must notify the GM or Head Coach with at least ONE week's notice before your absence.  If you have to miss a practice, notify the Head Coach within 24 hours before your absence.

3. Everyone is responsible for loading and unloading equipment at home and away games.  Refraining from damaging equipment, locker rooms, etc. 

4. Be courteous to hotel staff and management while on the road. 

5.  Players should refrain from any action that could poorly and negatively reflect on the player himself, the team, the coaching staff, the Roanoke Rails organization, his family, or the community.

*Failure to uphold this policy could result in removal from the Roanoke Rails.*
