What should I have available for a college coach?
It is useful to have two things.
- A baseball resume. This is a one or two page document that summarizes your baseball history. (A useful format follows.)
- A video. These do not have to be expensive. A video shows your basic skills in the field and at the plate. It does not have to be made up of game tape. You can produce it yourself and use the type of editing software available on most home computers to produce it. (You can post it on YouTube to be easily available, and include a link in an email message you send to the college coach.)
- We have a camera system that can take excellent video for you and we will be happy to work with you to do it.
