UPDATE ON 2021 SEASON:

The 2021 Spring Lacrosse Season will look at little different this year. Walled Lake Central Vikings Lacrosse has entered into a one-year merger with the WL Northern lacrosse program. After graduating 11 senior players in 2020 (leaving our roster much smaller than usual), and in an ongoing search for a qualified coach, our administrative team and booster board felt that for our boys to safely and successfully play this spring, a temporary merger was necessary.  After ensuring an opportunity for Central's  athletes to play in 2021, our program will next focus on growing the Viking Lacrosse roster and securing a top-notch, qualified coaching staff with the ultimate goal of bringing a dedicated, Vikings lacrosse program back to Central in 2022.

TWO KEY TAKE-AWAYS:

1. If you ARE A Central student-athlete (or parent of one) and interested in joining Central’s boys lacrosse program in 2021, please contact booster board president, Steve Surbrook [email protected] or vice president, Bill Clark  [email protected] as soon as possible. We're eager to meet both athlete and parents to answer any questions you may have in joining the Vikings Lacrosse team! We’ll  record your personal information for ongoing/future Vikings Club needs and then forward to Northern's Club registrar to add you to communications and key information for pre-season conditioning and season try-outs.

2. If you WILL BE a Central student-athlete (or parent) interested in playing in high school starting 2022, please contact our Community Outreach Director Mike Norgrove @ [email protected] to learn more about our program and receive details on when registration will be open to freshmen recruits in 2022.

THANK YOU AND GO VIKINGS!!  "Count On Me!"
