Game Reschedules Steps:

• Talk to opposing teams coach/manager, work out a new time and date.
  • Do not copy anyone on these emails or texts, wait until both coaches work out details.
• Email the Referee Assignor & your age director requesting a game reschedule.  Be sure both coaches are copied on this email as well.

  • Please do not use the coaches group me, these get too confusing for everyone and bog down the chat.
• Please Include: 
  • Game Number
  • Original game Date & Time
  • Both Team Names
  • Proposed New Date & Time (Always 2 options)
• Once the schedule change has been approved, it will be changed in got soccer.  These changes are live and current. So you will be able to check the schedule online and make sure it has been done.  Please double check that it has indeed been done!  This will ensure you have a referee assigned to your game.
• REMEMBER: Schedule changes must be done prior to Tuesday at 5pm for that weekend.
• If you are cancelling later then that, your team will be responsible for the cost of the referees.
