Nutrition For Your Athlete:

 

All of the proper training can get you to a certain level but to really excel and benefit from your hard work you must have a proper diet and meal plan. Nutritional timing is critical when a player is playing, practicing or training.

 

Questions like:

 

How many calories do I need?
What is the best snack before I train?
What is the best snack after? During?
How much protein is required?
What supplements do I need if any?
What is the best protein powder?

 

These questions and more can be answered when you meet with Chris Tague. He is a licensed and Registered Dietitian. He has a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from West Chester University and has experience evaluating children, high school & college athletes as well as adults.
